A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Multi Skilled Builder.
Must have experience in all aspects of general building work (all to a good standard):
-Drainage
-Paving
* Knock throughs
* Plastering
* Basic Plumbing and Joinery
* Level access ramps and steps
* Basic brickwork
* Experience of working for local council and housing associations preferred but not essential.
Company vehicle with fuel card included after probation period
28 days holidays per year (bank holidays included)
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
You will be expected to work to targets and deadlines set by management. You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
As part of your role you will be responsible for completing paperwork relevant to your job.
