Are you passionate about food and delivering excellent customer service? Do you thrive in a busy kitchen environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team at Diageo Leven on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
You’ll play a vital role supporting the Head Chef in preparing and serving meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring a smooth operation of the catering service.
What you’ll do:
* Assist with food preparation and basic cooking duties
* Serve food to customers courteously and professionally
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas
* Follow health and safety procedures, including food hygiene standards
* Support the wider catering team as required
What you bring:
* A positive and proactive attitude
* Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to undergo all pre-employment checks (screening form, RTW check, and Helux induction)
