Job Title: Warehouse Shift Manager
Location: Farnborough, GU14 6JF
Job Length: Permanent
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, two-shift rotating pattern (2pm–10pm or 3pm–11pm), Monday to Friday. Flexibility required to work outside these hours to suit business needs.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide the skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full
* Provide a high-quality service to suit customers’ needs
* Work closely with the transport and office teams to ensure smooth running of operations and meet site objectives
* Supervise a team of operatives across different shifts
* Hold health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment
* Check picking accuracy and investigate breakages where necessary
* Monitor physical inventory to maintain perpetual inventory and minimise stock loss for customer invoicing
* Control stock of Keg, Cask and Small Pack products, including wines, spirits and consumables
Experience and Key Attributes
* IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP
* Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
* Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG
* FLT licence (desirable) and experience (essential)
