Overview
Our client is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to manage an extensive caseload spanning divorce and separation, high‑net‑worth financial matters, private childcare arrangements, non‑molestation and occupation orders, public law care proceedings and cohabitation disputes.
Responsibilities
* Take full instructions, prepare statements and drafting consent orders.
* Manage disclosure, engage in case conferences and prepare bundles for hearings.
* Represent clients at court.
* Collaborate with barristers, social workers, mediators and other professionals to ensure all matters progress efficiently and clients receive exceptional service.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with solid Family Law experience.
* Knowledge of both public and private family matters.
* Experience in safeguarding domestic abuse cases and financial remedy work.
* Confident advocacy skills.
* Strong drafting, organisation and case management skills.
* Excellent client care with a compassionate supportive approach.
