The Role
As the Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid social campaigns across multiple social platforms to drive awareness, engagement and conversions. You’ll work closely with creative, content, analytics and broader marketing teams to deliver high-impact social paid media that support the brand’s business goals.
What You’ll Be DoingPaid Media Management
* Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
* Manage monthly budgets across multiple clients, ensuring every pound is working hard
* Build conversion tracking, set up pixels and troubleshoot attribution where needed
* Lead ongoing optimisation and test-and-learn agendas – trialling new formats, audiences and creative approaches to continuously improve performance
* Support on content boosting and always-on activity to maximise performance
Insights & Reporting
* Analyse results and pull actionable insights to inform next steps
* Build and maintain reporting dashboards (Meta, GA4, internal tracking tools)
* Monitor performance against KPIs, from engagement and traffic to conversions and ROAS
* Contribute to brand uplift and performance studies, helping prove campaign effectiveness
Client Collaboration
* Work with Account Managers to translate goals into paid strategies that deliver
* Contribute to client calls and reports with clear, confident explanations of results
* Partner with creative teams to shape ad copy, visuals and formats that truly convert
* Stay up to speed on trends, platform updates and new opportunities for clients
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years in paid social, with hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager and at least two of: TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads
* Confident managing large monthly budgets and optimising for results
* Experience using GA4, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools
* Strong copywriting instincts – you know what makes people click
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable insight
* Good communication and client relationship skills – you can explain performance in plain English
* Organised, proactive and excited to experiment, test and learn
