Offer description

About Us Spark Care was founded to raise standards in brain-injury support. We are passionate about supporting people living with brain injury and neurological conditions. Our mission is to support clients in achieving their goals, gaining independence and feeling connected. We take great pride in matching each client with the right support worker. We want you to feel confident, supported, and aligned with the interests and needs of the person you’ll be working with. Your personality, strengths, and hobbies matter to us and we make sure they matter in your placement too. The Role Support Workers at Spark Care work with clients in their own homes and out in the community, helping to build independence, confidence, and motivation. The role focuses on making a meaningful difference through reablement rather than providing personal care. Unlike traditional care positions, Spark Care does not deliver personal care. The emphasis is on reablement and supporting clients to regain daily living skills, work toward their goals, and develop the confidence needed to live as independently as possible. A typical day involves visiting clients on a one-to-one basis to complete pre-planned activities tailored to their personal goals. At the end of every shift, concise and accurate notes are completed to ensure clear communication within the wider multidisciplinary team.
