What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead all accounting, finance, and administrative functions
* Build and own budgeting and forecasting to support aggressive growth
* Partner with banks, auditors, bonding agents, and insurers
* Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax coordination, and compliance
* Support project lifecycle financials, contracts, and risk management
* Serve as a hands-on leader, including Controller backup duties
* Mentor emerging leaders and build financial acumen across the business
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
* 10+ years of solid accounting leadership experience
* Active CPA (required)
* Construction industry experience REQUIRED (GC side strongly preferred)
* Proven ability to build financial infrastructure in a growth environment
* Demonstrated success managing banking, bonding, and insurance relationships
* Natural executive presence with strong interpersonal and mentorship ability
* Track record of long-term tenure and organizational impact
