The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours, growing your own estate agency business with support from Nested’s marketing team. You’ll handle client relationships from start to finish, using our smart app and support team. The role offers a competitive commission structure starting at 75%, increasing to 100% based on performance, allowing you to maximize earnings.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top industry experience in residential property valuation, sales, and customer service.
* Strategic understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local valuation.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and passion for real estate.
* Deep knowledge of your local area, amenities, schools, and hotspots.
* Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach.
* Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for building your personal brand is expected.
