The Role
We are currently looking for a Talent Agent for our agency. The ideal candidate is positive, creative, humorous, and dedicated, capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should have a basic understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, talent representation, and contract negotiations, along with an existing deep network of social media influencers.
Responsibilities include:
* Discovering and signing large influencers seeking business management.
* Collaborating daily with influencers and the talent coordinator to process requests, remind them of posting schedules, and discuss new opportunities.
* Seeking brand partnerships for specific talents.
* Finding collaboration opportunities for our exclusive influencers and other large influencers.
* Staying updated on trends in influencer marketing.
* Assisting the Talent team in pursuing new opportunities, such as TV and film casting, app adoption, and collaboration opportunities.
* Presenting and executing growth strategies for influencers.
Required experience:
* At least two (2) years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR, or influencer roles.
* Basic understanding of talent management and representation of social media influencers and/or celebrities.
* A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
* An existing deep network of social media influencers, talent, and brands.
* Experience managing brand partnerships and talent management, preferably at an agency.
To be eligible, you must be a British citizen or hold a valid work permit.
