Join us as a Behaviour Support Assistant and play a vital role in supporting students with behavioural and special educational needs (SEND) across our partner schools in Liverpool.
You’ll work 1:1 and with small groups of pupils who need extra guidance — helping them to manage their behaviour, build confidence, and re-engage with learning. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for anyone who wants to make a real difference in education.
No previous experience or qualifications are required — just a caring attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn. Full training and continuous professional development will be provided before and during your placement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups to improve behaviour and focus
Building positive relationships and encouraging emotional wellbeing
Assisting teachers and SEND staff in delivering tailored support
Helping pupils feel valued, included, and motivated
