In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission to enhance the lives of our residents. You'll provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs, while also offering leadership and support to our care staff. Your empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail will ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care. Role responsibilities: Assessment & Planning : Conduct and review individualised, evidence-based care plans. Care Delivery : Provide high-quality care aligned with accreditation standards. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff for holistic care. Documentation : Accurately maintain electronic health records per regulations. Leadership : Support and guide care teams in a positive work environment. About you: You're a skilled clinician with strong communication and leadership abilities, enabling you to implement best nursing practices and guide care staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Your experience and qualifications for the role should include: A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Some residential aged care experience. The ability to problem solve using best practice methods and have demonstrated clinical knowledge. Availability across a variety of shifts. Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
