We are currently recruiting for an Administrator position to join our friendly team in Tunbridge Wells. This role would involve the provision of day-to-day support to both our Commercial and Operation teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery to all projects. To collate and maintain records in keeping with our management systems and to support compliance associated with the Scheme Delivery Framework with National Highways. Summary of responsibilities : Man agement of suppliers' rates and supplies Accurate management of purchase orders Procurement of equipment and materials Collation of commercial data Submission of tender/ jo b notification Attending meetings via TEAMS Answering/ making telephone calls General office duties, printing/filing/scanning etc. Adherence to all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures.
