A successful secondary school in Leicestershire is looking for a detail-driven Data & Assessment Assistant to support the administration of assessment, reporting and school-wide data from January 2026.

The Role

You will support the Data Manager with:

• Maintaining accurate student records
• Processing assessment data and generating performance reports
• Supporting staff with timetables, class lists and grade submissions
• Producing analytics dashboards for departments
• Running exports for behaviour, attendance and safeguarding teams
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across systems

This role is ideal for someone analytical, efficient and comfortable with school MIS systems.
