Must Haves:

* Solid experience working with Sage 50
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* A hands-on, proactive attitude
* Confident using Microsoft office
* Organised, detail-orientated and able to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Haves (But Not Dealbreakers):

* Experience in a sales or customer support role (especially in industrial/engineering sectors)
* Familiarity with CRM systems
* A good understanding of industrial products (we'll support you to learn)
So, what will you be doing?

You'll be at the heart of the sales and customer support function, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and making a real difference to customers.
1. Nurturing strong relationships with existing customers and helping to grow new business
2. Processing customer orders and quotations efficiently and accurately
3. Offering expert product advice and guiding customers to the best solution
4. Generating and following up on leads and quotations
5. Supporting the sales team with pricing, supplier liaison and admin
