About You We’re looking for an experienced operator who thrives on building strong ties with the local community, enjoys hosting guests, and loves creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is excited about bringing a local pub to life. You will be responsible for developing and leading a reliable, motivated team, driving sales and profitability, and constantly seeking new ideas to wow our guests. A successful candidate will be digitally savvy, entrepreneurial, and always looking for innovative ways to enhance the guest experience.
