The Best Connection are currently recruiting for flexible and reliable Cleaning Operatives to work across multiple areas of a large manufacturing site, based in Elton. We have positions available across multiple departments successful candidates will be trained to work in all areas over time. General Cleaning (Main Reception Building): Offices Floors and communal areas Toilets and washrooms Meeting rooms Industrial Cleaning (Packing/Processing Areas): Cleaning production lines Floors and walls Maintaining hygiene standards in operational areas Hot Production Area Cleaning: Cleaning floors, production areas, and walls Working in high-temperature environments near furnaces Shifts: Monday-Friday 06:30-14:30 // 07:00-15:00 (Dependent on which department you are in) Once training has been complete, this will rotate with late shifts (12:00-20:00). Training & Induction All staff will receive a full site induction on their first day. Additional training will be provided as you progress through different areas of the site. Due to the location of the site (and limited public transport links), it is beneficial for candidates to have their own transport to and from site or live within a reasonable cycling distance of Elton.
