Transaction Manager - Salisbury
1. Salary: £26,775 basic salary with £57,775+ uncapped on-target annual earnings and a personal company car.
2. Hours: 45 hours over a 5-day week with one scheduled day off in the week and one Saturday or Sunday on a rota each week.

Our client, a large multi-franchise approved car dealer group with multiple dealerships across South West England, is currently looking to recruit a Transaction Manager to join their premium dealership in Salisbury.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, as a Transaction Manager, you shall work with our client's car sales team and will be responsible for facilitating the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products to our client's customers when purchasing a vehicle and support the car sales team in maximising profitability and enhancing the customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
4. Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
5. Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Car Sales Executives.
6. Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
7. Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
8. Upskill the sales team by training in finance and insurance.
In order to be eligible, you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Salisbury and have strong recent experience as a Transaction Manager or at a similar or higher level within an franchise approved car dealership. Career stability is essential for our client at this stage, as well as a UK driving license with minimal points. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for our client's company and the brands they represent.
