With a focus across several industry sectors, we are looking to connect with enthusiastic salespeople who have experience within the cyber services space and are looking to work for a growing UK cyber security organisation.
The Role
You will demonstrate an ability to consultatively engage with clients to understand their security and business challenges. You will show how you are able to utilise this information, using knowledge and experience, to propose innovative solutions and services that meet these solution outcomes, enabling clients to: improve their security capability, enhance their security maturity, and prioritise their security investment.
* Take responsibility for the whole sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, including writing proposals and liaison with the technical team.
* Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to refine the value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
* Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Be a skilled and intentional communicator, able to understand and articulate technical and non-technical frameworks to a variety of stakeholders.
* Confidently deliver pitches and have great interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Have strong written communication skills, especially proposal writing.
* Be a motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, you will need the ability to multi-task and work proactively on both setting up a new sales process whilst working on a number of projects and pitches at once.
* Experience selling highly technical products
* Ensure that revenue targets are met and exceeded.
* Individually prospect to build and maintain a healthy sale’s pipeline
* Utilise known sales methodologies to understand the objectives and needs of customers and then develop solutions through the company’s offerings.
* Research and understand the market including competitor analysis
* Maintain detailed records in CRM and your sales pipeline to develop strong forecasting capability
The Person
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience
* Extensive experience winning clients in a Cyber Security company
* Able to demonstrate clear (over) achievement against quotas
* Relationship Builder
* Not afraid to 'hunt' for NEW business
* Able to talk through a clear strategic approach to winning new business
