This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety — from content creation and social media strategy to event coordination and data‑driven marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Creating high‑quality content across our social channels
* Managing and analysing marketing performance
* Coordinating internal and external events
* Liaising with partners, suppliers, and referrers
* Keeping our website fresh and engaging
* Supporting Directors and Heads of Department with reports
* Championing marketing initiatives across the firm
What You’ll Bring:
* A degree in Marketing, Events or similar
* 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
* Strong social media and digital content skills
* Experience with LinkedIn, Meta Business, Canva & WordPress
* A positive, proactive approach
* 🚗 A driving licence/own vehicle (you’ll regularly visit our Cranbrook office)
* (Legal sector experience is a bonus!)
