Overview
A Health care company are looking to grow their compliance team by hiring a Finance Administrator. You'll get the chance to work in a driven, motivational team, looking to develop the department further. You will be working alongside some like-minded individuals who have a similar work ethic to yourself. This company is all about achieving a great work/life balance, with having the team work only 1 day from the office, demonstrating the trust you will have.
You will be an integral part of the team, working closely with Project and Service Managers, as well as other non-financial managers. You will be entrusted to be involved in all areas of the finance department, from accounts payable to month end. This is a perfect opportunity for a confident individual to gain knowledge and exposure to a new side of finance.
Skills required
* Experience within or knowledge of the financial world is beneficial, e.g. Accounts Assistant, Finance Administrator or Accounts Payable/Receivable.
* A basic understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel.
* Have great communication skills, working with clients and managers over the phone.
* Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit those tight deadlines
* The ability to work autonomously, all while checking details are correct before submitting work for deadlines.
