The Business Operation Analyst will be responsible for daily tasks involving business operations, data analysis, communication, and business analysis. Location: London Job Type: Temporary contract Key Responsibilities Ensure that bid documents follow standard formatting and quality standards. Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by the Bid Team members into the required submission format. Reading through RFPs and ITTs to identify key requirements. Maintain and make available master document sets. Ensure consistent branding for all company-specific documents. Carrying out the tender production process: converting documents into Adobe PDF, printing and binding the final document. Monitoring Client external portals: daily website checking, reviewing responses and uploading technical queries on behalf of the company. Preparation of presentations for pitches and client meetings File management and maintenance of tender folders whilst bid is live Managing the tender schedule and ensuring meetings/settlements are booked Monitoring the bid team inbox, answering queries and directing/escalating the emails to the relevant members of the team Manage the DBaaS bid portals - looking at and for, new tenders coming through. Assist in the preparation of weekly / monthly information to provide accurate and up to date information for the management team. Respond positively and within agreed timescales to internal and external customer requests Ensure all tender documentation is filed, controlled, and organised General administration duties in line with legislation, Company policy and procedures and the bid process Essential Previous experience within a similar position Work experience in the professional services sector preferred, IT sector is desirable. Confident in managing tender portals Highly proficient in the MS Office suite Excellent communicator. Ability to prioritise when dealing with multiple deadlines and deliverables. Strong written English language skills. A high attention to detail with an excellent editing and proofing ability. Excellent literacy skills, with an extensive vocabulary.
