About the role:
They are now seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join their Bath based team. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth office management, and assisting the wider team with administrative tasks. It's a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment within the luxury recruitment sector.
Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team and management
* Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Assist with scheduling interviews, client meetings, and team calendars
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiries
* Support with invoicing, expenses, and other basic financial administration
* Contribute to improving office processes and ensuring smooth operations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Previous office administration or recruitment support experience is an advantage
