What You’ll Be Doing: Support the team when new equipment is being installed, with long-term maintenance in mind. Take the lead on smaller maintenance projects around the smelter. Troubleshooting equipment issues and help train others to do the same. Follow the correct isolation steps to keep things safe when working with hazardous energy. Make sure all electrical gear is up to scratch and meets company standards. Keep an eye on audits to make sure everything’s compliant on site.
