We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established and growing business based in Follingsby Park. This is a permanent opportunity within a company that continues to expand year on year.
This role is ideal for a Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Supervisor with strong people management experience gained within fast-paced warehousing or distribution environments.
The Shift Pattern:
This Warehouse Supervisor role operates on a structured continental shift pattern:
*
4 days on / 4 days off
*
12-hour day shifts
*
Followed by 12-hour night shifts
This rota provides consistent rest periods while supporting a high-performing warehouse operation.
Warehouse Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

Lead, motivate and manage a warehouse team
*
Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
*
Conduct performance reviews and support staff development
*
Plan and allocate labour and operational resources effectively
*
Monitor operational costs and efficiency
*
Ensure KPIs and daily targets are consistently achieved
*
Promote high performance and a positive team culture
*
Maintain excellent customer service standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience Required:
*
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager or Logistics Supervisor
*
Proven people management experience within a warehousing or distribution environment
Personal Attributes:

Strong leadership and decision-making skills
*
Self-motivated with resilience and drive
*
Confident addressing performance and challenging behaviours where required
*
Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
*
Adaptable and open to change
