Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager for a domiciliary care agency, located in Barnet. We are a growing but ambitious domiciliary care provider, seeking a hands-on Registered Manager to lead our service and help us grow. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a close-knit team, values quality care, and wants the freedom to make a real impact.
Qualifications
* Experience in staff management, training, and development
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and healthcare compliance
* Strong client assessment and care plan development skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a team
* Passion for providing high-quality care and support
* Experience in a similar role within the healthcare or home care industry
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Understanding the process of onboarding and growing client base
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and inspection standards.
* Confident leader, able to motivate a small team and deliver excellent care.
* Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring CQC compliance.
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and staff.
* Support recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Oversee care planning, assessments, and quality audits.
* Work with the directors to bring in new packages and grow the client base.
* Staff management and training, client assessments, care plan development, and continuous quality improvement.
* Ensuring current care packages are delivered safely and engaging to grow the branch’s client base.
