What We’re Looking For NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Post-registration experience in nursing, preferably within specialist or complex care settings. Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, and delivery of complex care. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
