Position: Senior Mail Analyst
Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5 hours

What you’ll do:
* Report on forecast mail volumes both internally and externally.
* Supervise the forecasting and accuracy of downstream access mail into Royal Mail, ensuring accurate operation of agreed procedures
* Support the Reporting function for UKMail clients
* Communicate effectively with our customers, KAMs, CPMs and internal stakeholders for Forecasting / Reporting statistics, charges and compliance
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Lead on the development of forecasting processes and improvements
* Complete Forecasting procedures daily for Site Collection and Royal Mail Handover
* Support MI development and reporting for Mail clients specific to requirements.
* Employ analytical methods to maintain accuracy and support improvements and accuracy for forecasting both internally and externally.
* Employ analytical and developmental tools to support MI reporting and client based reports, daily, monthly and Quarterly.
* Ensure all supporting data is provided to internal and external stakeholders for statistical and commercial analysis.
* Work with MI team and UKMCC Manager to design and develop new reports as per requirements of internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Support automated processes with large data sets for commercial development and statistical analysis.

What We’re Looking For:
* Effective use of Microsoft Excel to include VBA, Access, SQL Studio Management.
* Experience in managing large datasets for statistical and performance related analysis.
* Effective communication & analytical skills
Desirable:
* Understanding of DSA Mail processes.
* 3 years experience
