Due to continued growth and a strong flow of new instructions, the firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and expanding Property team. The department continues to attract high-quality work and offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
* Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Development and investment transactions
* Asset management work
* Property finance matters
* General commercial property transactions
* Client relationship management and business development activities
The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
* Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing team
