How to Join
There are two pathways:
* Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) – a three‑year programme to gain a BSc (Hons) in professional policing practice, fully funded.
* Police Constable Entry Programme (PCEP) – a two‑year programme combining classroom and operational learning, no academic qualification required.
Upon successful completion of the training period, you may choose a career path within the Met.
