Overview
Lead Clinician to manage the in-house Clinical Team at Bramfield House School, Suffolk. The postholder will work with the schools Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role combines clinically leading the team with holding a therapy caseload. You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Meeting EHCP needs will be a primary focus, using target-led, group and individual clinical approaches embedded in our clinical practice. You will coordinate line management for onsite clinical team members and lead service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead. Our clinical teams aim to maintain a person-centred, empowering approach with pupils at the forefront. An ongoing safeguarding culture is maintained across settings.
Location: Bramfield House, Suffolk – IP19 9AB
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8am–4pm
Contract: Permanent (term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on personal circumstances)
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the in-house Clinical Team at Bramfield House School.
* Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Regional Clinical Lead; split time between clinical leadership and therapy caseload.
* Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs (autism, neurodivergence, trauma, SEMH).
* Coordinate line management for the onsite clinical team and drive service development of the school-based clinical service.
* Work within safeguarding policies; maintain a person-centred approach and ensure pupils are heard and involved in decisions.
Essential Criteria
* Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registration as Practitioner Psychologist with HCPC.
* Valid professional registration and membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., BPS).
* Experience with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs; strong report writing for clinical and research activities.
* Experience in supervision and supporting a therapy team; ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service.
* Experience of multi-professional work with teams within the designated specialty (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
