Are you passionate about HR data, systems and turning information into meaningful insights?
We're supporting a well-established UK industrial business in Stoke-on-Trent as they look to appoint a HR Data & Systems Administrator to join their People Team on a part-time basis (ideally 30 hours per week).
Responsibilities
* Act as the super user and subject matter expert for HR systems (Sage, ITrent or Cascade experience would be useful).
* Support integration and data exchange between HR systems, payroll and other business platforms.
* Design and deliver HR dashboards and reports for a range of stakeholders including the Board, management teams and the People Team.
* Produce reports for regulatory requirements such as Gender Pay Gap reporting.
* Use data visualisation tools such as Power BI to create clear and accessible insights.
* Analyse workforce trends including headcount, turnover, diversity, absence and engagement.
* Support managers and HR colleagues to understand and use workforce data more confidently.
About You
We\'re looking for someone who enjoys working with HR data, HR systems and problem-solving, and who takes pride in ensuring information is accurate, accessible and valuable.
* Experience working in a HR data, HR systems or HR reporting role
* Strong skills in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI or similar)
* Experience maintaining and improving HR systems or HRIS platforms
* A good understanding of data governance, GDPR and HR reporting requirements
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way
* A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team when needed
