Elite Group is looking for an experienced M&E Project Engineer
to join our team based in Baildon, West Yorkshire. This is a hands‑on role for someone with a strong electrical bias, who is equally comfortable overseeing the full lifecycle of M&E project delivery.
We operate a lead engineer model, meaning you’ll take ownership of your projects from start to finish, including:
* Reviewing and re‑evaluating projects against initial estimates prior to commencement
* Procuring materials and managing buying processes
* Developing and maintaining project programmes
* Overseeing site delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency
* Managing health & safety compliance
* Preparing valuations and managing variations, including pricing
* Driving projects through to final account and handover
At times, you may also support the estimating function during busy periods, so a commercial awareness and willingness to step in where needed is important.
