THE BENEFITS: Onsite parking Central location Start & Finish Time: 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday THE ROLE: Responsible for ensuring the Field Sales Team and Customer enquiries and orders are handled in a timely and effective manner. This may include taking orders, arranging stock transfers, sourcing special products, and providing technical support amongst other things. Responsible for ensuring that returns are handled in an efficient and timely manner. This includes managing a log of all returns, arranging the various shipping elements and liaising with suppliers and communicating with Customers and the Sales Team to ensure all are always fully aware of what is happening. Responsible for providing pricing support to internal and external customers. Responsible for updating customer pricing, and general system management of accounts and territories (with strict guidance and controls). Ensuring 'special orders' phoned in by Customers and the Field Sales Team are ordered and dispatched to customers in a timely manner agreed at the point of order Responsible coordinating Field Sales stock replenishment. Main point of contact between the Field Sales Team and the admin operation. THE CANDIDATE: Preferably experience in a telephone support role, supporting either a field sales team, or general business to business customer service. Experience in the automotive aftermarket would be preferable. The successful candidate should be literate and numerate with strong computing skills, particularly Word and Excel. Experience of Sage would be beneficial. We are looking for someone confident, communicative, motivated and able to think for themselves.
