Applications are invited for the post of ICT Application Analyst within the ICT Information and Communications Technology Division based at Hutton Headquarters.
As an ICT Applications Analyst, you will be the third-line support for all critical and strategic ICT applications throughout the Constabulary.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support, develop, and upgrade all critical ICT applications for Lancashire Constabulary, collaborating with business owners to ensure full system capability is utilized and maintained in line with Force policies and strategy.
2. Work as part of the Applications Team, undertaking system administration and supporting business/process improvements through development and local configuration.
3. Manage development and changes from conception to deployment, considering system and procedural factors, and staying aware of evolving national platform changes.
4. Collaborate closely with third-party product owners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of all critical ICT applications, both technical and procedural.
5. Communicate across the organization and relevant parties regarding system support, including representing the Applications support team at relevant forums.

Skills And Experience
Candidates must hold ITIL Foundation certification or be willing to work towards it while in post.
