* Uncover and evaluate major project opportunities (think nuclear, infrastructure, giga‑factories)
* Develop targeted engagement strategies and put your commercial instinct to work
* Win and own relationships with major construction/EPC clients across UK & EU
* Sell world‑class crane‑solutions (think M2480D and other heavy‑lift luffing systems) into complex builds

* Comes from construction/engineering (Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineer) – business development experience is a plus, but not a must
* Speaks English fluently; French or German is a strong bonus
