Responsibilities
* Do food safety checks at client sites.
* Train and coach staff on‑site—compliance‑seekers, not fault‑finders.
* Write up inspection results and share with client managers.
* Collect samples and send them to labs for testing.
* Plan inspections to meet deadlines.
* Keep in touch with your team and client contacts.
* Jump in on other tasks when needed.
Qualifications
* Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety.
* A degree in Environmental Health (or similar) is a big plus.
* Able to carry out audits in Food, Health & Safety, and Fire.
* Can train safety advisors if needed.
* Being registered with CIEH or IOSH is a big plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must have a full UK driving licence.
* Ready and willing to travel.
Confident using Microsoft Office and our easy‑to‑use tools.
