Robert Half are currently recruiting a Compliance & Finance Assistant to join a client based in central Bristol for a period of 3 months. This assignment has hybrid working and flexible working hours if needed.
Role: Compliance & Finance Coordinator
Duration: 3 months
Location: Central Bristol
Working hours: 37.5 hours a week, flexible working hours if needed and hybrid is 3 days a week in the office, post training.
Money: £27,000 - £31,000 (Depending on experience)
Start date: ASAP
Role:
- Managing the shared inbox between the team
- Running the process for end-to-end contractor on-boarding & compliance
- Creating, issuing & tracking paperwork
- Resolving queries between clients & candidates
- Chasing approvals and setting up timesheets
- Ensuring every starter has the correct documentation
- Assisting with pay & bill process including invoicing at month end
Skills/experience needed:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow process
- Ability and enjoy working to deadlines
- Previous experience in a compliance or finance position
- Confident communicator
- Ability to mange own workload
- Previous experience of working within a recruitment environment is beneficial
