As a Student Assistant in the Corporate Platform Effectiveness team, you will support daily operational tasks of Technology Platform Leaders in Corporate Platforms including Finance, Fleet, People, SAP Technology, Assets Strategy, and Legal. The tasks can vary depending on the needs of the different platforms. However, you can expect to become a valued partner to our dedicated team, contributing your expertise to drive innovation and excellence within Maersk.

Key Responsibilities:
· Helping Technology Platform Leaders with workforce tracking, overview & analysis to enable proactive decision making
· Tracking vendors spend to create accurate forecasting
· Organizing regular team and departmental team days & other events
· Contributing to the preparation of materials and reports for senior-level leaders
· Supporting in other various ad-hoc tasks such as assisting the leadership team with their day-to-day tasks, and planning, facilitating, and hosting meetings.
Key Qualifications:
· Enrolled in final year of Bachelor’s in Business, IT Management, or a similar discipline.
· Strong interest in Project & Programme Management, particularly within Digital Transformation.
· High level of integrity and drive, with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing and self-organizing activities.
· Creative problem-solving skills and high learning agility. An understanding of project management and finance/accounting is an advantage.
· Approachable, service-minded, and proactive in ensuring that we meet the right outcomes.
· Structured in handling data and conscientious about data quality, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data being an advantage.
· Proficiency in Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
· Clear verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
This is a part-time position for students only, with a typical workload of 16-20 hours per week, offering flexibility around your academic schedule and exams.
