Role - Salesforce Field Service Architect
Location - London (Hybrid)
We're seeking a Salesforce Field Service Architect with strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL/SFS) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level Field Service solutions.
This is a hands-on architecture position where you'll transform complex field-service processes into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions, while providing technical leadership and engaging with senior stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions.
Lead discovery workshops focused on field operations & scheduling optimisation.
Drive full lifecycle delivery (design ? build ? deploy ? go-live)
Design integrations with ERP, asset management & inventory systems
Provide technical leadership across Apex, LWC, Flows & integrations
What we're looking for:
Strong hands-on experience delivering Salesforce FSL implementations end-to-end
Deep understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, work orders, assets & mobile workflows
Experience with dispatcher console, optimisation engine & scheduling policies
Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud
Integration experience (APIs, middleware, ESB, third-party systems)
Comfortable leading technical discussions with senior stakeholders
Certifications (Preferred):
Salesforce Field Service Consultant (Highly Preferred)
Application Architect / System Architect
Platform Developer I/II
