4. Be enthusiastic and passionate Business/Economics teacher able to teach KS5
5. Show commitment to high quality, creative teaching and learning supported by excellent planning and assessment
6. Have a collegiate approach and a commitment to working as a member of a team
7. Hold UK QTS and has experience teaching Business and Economics at the secondary level.
8. Demonstrate a track record of excellent student outcomes and innovative teaching strategies
