As a team member, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, and keeping the store looking great and running smoothly. This role includes lone working, so you’ll need to feel confident handling the store independently.
All applicants must be 18 or over.

What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):
Responsibilities
* You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles, boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
* You’ll guide your team and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands‑on: working the till, serving hot and cold drinks, boxing up treats, and ensuring the display looks as good as the doughnuts taste.
* You’ll also jump into behind‑the‑scenes tasks: stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, recruiting new staff, and ensuring everyone’s happy. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort.
Qualifications
* Experience running a floor or readiness to step into that next role.
* Leadership that is heart‑first, customer‑obsessed, and upbeat.

* Full availability and flexibility on weekends and weekdays.
