We are seeking a Project Manager to join a global leader in aerospace manufacturing. Our client has experienced rapid growth in recent years, with a strong order book and continued expansion across their teams.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams through the new product introduction (NPI) process, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. I’m looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, ideally from an Aerospace, Military, or Defence background

Salary Package:
Competitive Annual Salary – £37,000-£42,000

The Role
Key Responsibilities
Plan, track, and deliver NPI projects on time and within budget.
Improve capacity planning to identify bottlenecks and enhance lead-time accuracy.
Resolve delays proactively, minimising project impact.
Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes.
Forecast future requirements based on demand analysis.
Skills & Experience
Strong project management skills (Minimum 2+ years)
Ideally experience working in Aerospace, Military, or Defence environments
Technical Mechanical Engineering background is needed
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present confidently.
Knowledge of manufacturing/business processes (NPI experience a plus).
Desirable:
CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred).
Continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) knowledge.
Engineering/manufacturing background.
