Teaching assistant level 2 We are seeking to appoint a pro-active, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team, providing support for both children in a group environment and in a 1:1 capacity across the school. Working in conjunction with the class teacher and special educational needs coordinator (SENDCo), you will be responsible for: • Providing support during core learning time for small groups and/or on a 1:1 basis • Supporting in class and performing individual interventions • Preparing and managing resources to support needs • Supporting a group of children or a child on a 1:1 basis during the lunchtime period This position is a fixed term contract with an immediate start until 31st August 2026 working 32 hours and 5 minutes per week Monday – Friday. Hours of work are 8:30am – 3:15pm, term time only – 39 weeks. Milby Primary School is a popular school with happy children, supportive parents and dedicated staff and governors.
