Pertemps are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our public sector client in the Craigmillar area of Edinburgh on a temporary basis.
Role - Senior Administrator
Location - Craigmillar
Hours - Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week, between (Apply online only)
Duration - Temporary, ongoing
Rate of Pay - £15.53 per hour
Start date - ASAP
The successful candidate will be joining an established team and will be carrying out, but not be limited to:
Call handling
Scheduling and booking travel and transport arrangements
Completing administrative tasks, including ordering and invoice processing
Working as part of a team and with stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
Dispatching vehicles and allocating routes using bespoke technology
Adhering to policies and procedures
Carrying out any other tasks as required
You should have a proven track record in a similar administrative role and be an excellent team player.
If you are successful, you will be required to apply for a PVG at a cost of £59 (£18 for an update).
