The Role Teach Now is seeking a confident, creative, and resilient Year 4 Teacher to join a high-achieving two-form entry primary school in Barnet. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Key Stage 2 practitioner with strong behaviour management skills and a passion for inclusive teaching. You’ll take full responsibility for a lively Year 4 class that includes children with a range of needs and personalities. The ideal candidate will combine warmth and empathy with structure and high expectations, creating a calm, engaging, and purposeful learning environment where every child can succeed. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum. • Support pupils’ academic and personal growth, fostering resilience and curiosity. • Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom culture. • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of neurodiverse learners. • Work collaboratively with the parallel Year 4 teacher and wider staff team. • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
