Sitting across the wider brand team, it helps ensure that work is well organised, clearly communicated and executed to a high standard. It plays a critical role in connecting teams, maintaining momentum and ensuring the brand shows up consistently across channels.</p><h3>What youll be doing...</h3><ul><li>Support the delivery of seasonal campaigns and always-on brand activity</li><li>Help coordinate timelines, deliverables and approvals across teams</li><li>Ensure assets are correctly tracked, stored and shared</li><li>Act as a central point of support across Brand Marketing, Social, Creative and Media</li><li>Help keep teams aligned on priorities, deadlines and key milestones</li><li>Support the preparation of weekly and monthly team updates</li><li>Assist in briefing and coordinating content across channels (social, site, campaigns)</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across outputs in line with guidelines</li><li>Support the rollout of assets across channels</li><li>Maintain project trackers, timelines and status updates</li><li>Support ways of working that improve efficiency and clarity</li><li>Help ensure all activity follows agreed processes and governance</li><li>Support the organisation and maintenance of brand assets and guidelines</li><li>Ensure teams are working from the latest versions of assets and frameworks</li><li>Help uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints</li><li>Assist in compiling campaign and social performance reports</li><li>Support tracking of key brand and campaign metrics</li><li>Help surface learnings and insights for future activity</li><li>Support communication with internal teams and external partners</li><li>Help coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-ups
