Position: Account Executive Location: Haddenham Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Account Executive to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Haddenham. Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Account Executive to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work. You will be responsible for: Develop and maintain working relationships with key customer contacts in collaboration with the Account Manager. Attends customer meetings as required to review and develop the account; ensuring the business exceeds customer expectations and responds to all client requests. Co-ordinate the order planning with each customer, from initial order placement into the factory to final shipment. Handling customer purchase orders and getting the orders out on the day. Work cohesively with Buyers to ensure kit clearance and maintain continuous communication with the production, quality, engineering and despatch teams to ensure timely production and delivery of goods. Support and co-ordinate as required the Requests for Quotation (RFQs) process to help win the order.
