Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Group Managing Director and other Board members.
Full Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Meeting Arrangements: Organise internal and external meetings, including audio/video calls and venue logistics.
Travel & Accommodation: Book travel and accommodation, handling last-minute changes smoothly.
Minute Taking & Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communication & Relationship Management: Manage internal and external communications, prioritise important matters, and liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Administrative & Office Support: Handle administrative tasks, manage confidential information, update the intranet, oversee procurement, and contract administration.
Event & Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events and projects, supporting brand initiatives and internal activities.
Marketing & Brand Collaboration: Coordinate internal newsletters, support brand awareness campaigns, and social media content creation.
Market & Competition Analysis: Develop contacts overseas, monitor industry trends, and report findings to support strategic decisions.
The role requires strong communication, multitasking, IT skills, and a proactive approach to support senior leadership and company operations. Essential qualities include excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with social media platforms, experience with event management, contract management, and vendor sourcing are also required.
