* Delivery of workforce development initiatives and events
* Support of engagement events, such as the annual Heads of Community meetings and More Than a Game showcase
* Contribute to external stakeholder mapping processes
* Manage the team calendar, capturing key activities and feeding into wider department planning grids
* Schedule and manage weekly team meetings and monthly 'deep dive' meetings, including agenda development, capturing key actions and ensuring timely follow-up
* Support inductions for new starters (primarily in Club Community Organisations and the Premier League Charitable Fund)

Requirements for the role:

* Proven working knowledge in project and administration
* Ability to work an agile team supporting multiple projects
* Interpersonal skills
* Planning and organisational skills
* Attention to detail, proactive and methodical approach to tasks
* Flexible and collaborative working approach
* DBS clearance - to be obtained via Premier League, prior to job offer

* Subsidised gym membership
* Enhanced parental leave
* Subsidised lunch and breakfast in their excellent onsite café
