SEN Teacher – Primary (All Key Stages) Sheffield & Barnsley Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in primary education? We are recruiting committed and experienced SEN Teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in inclusive and specialist primary settings across: Sheffield Barnsley About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs Support pupils with a range of additional needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language, and complex learning needs) Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies Foster a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment Opportunities are available in both mainstream schools with resource provisions and specialist SEN settings. ✅ We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs in a primary setting Strong knowledge of SEND strategies and inclusive teaching approaches Excellent behaviour management and communication skills A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach Additional SEND qualifications or training (e.g., NASENCo, autism training, Team Teach) are desirable but not essential.
